1. Return Eligibility

3. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for size or defect-related issues. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Exchange depends on stock availability.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.
6. Return Shipping
